BIOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION
ON DAVID J. KINGSLEY
David J. Kingsley is a 1968 graduate of Monmouth College (Illinois) and a 1971 graduate of
the National Law Center of The George Washington University. He is licensed to practice in the States of Florida and
Maryland, and the District of Columbia, and is admitted to the Southern District of Florida and District of Columbia Federal
District Courts, the Fifth and Eleventh District Federal Appellate Courts, and the Supreme Court of the United States.
Mr. Kingsley is a member of the American Bar Association, the District of Columbia Bar, the Florida Bar, the Maryland
Bar, the Broward County Bar Association, the Florida Academy of Professional Mediators, Inc., The Association of South Florida
Mediators and Arbitrators, and since 1980 has been a member of Attorneys' Title Insurance Fund, Inc.
Mr. Kingsley
has served as President of the Rotary Club of Plantation, Fort Lauderdale "Club 2004" of Toastmasters International,
and Ramat Shalom Synagogue. He has also served as an officer of the Fort Lauderdale Jaycees.
Mr. Kingsley
practices primarily in the areas of corporate law, commercial litigation, personal injury, real estate, Wills, estate planning,
probate, and business and consumer law.
Mr. Kingsley has been a Florida Supreme Court Certified Mediator in Circuit
and County matters since 1994, and is on the Mediator panels of both the National Association of Securities Dealers and the
American Arbitration Association. He is also a member of the Florida Academy of Professional Mediators and the Association
of South Florida Mediators.
